Metal Design & Concepts Limited is committed to your satisfaction.

We are confident that your purchase will exceed your expectations and delight you with its craftsmanship and beauty. However, if you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange any item within 7 business days – no questions asked!

To qualify for a refund an item must be in its original condition, free of obvious wear and tear. We will need a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase and/or any other type of certification that may have been given with the product.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you based on the method of payment of your purchase

For online transactions, please note that cancellation must be done within 24hrs for reversal or refunds. If this is not done, a credit note will be issued.
